🎨 Products & Services
We offer sensory products, weekly classes, playgroups, parties, incursions, and private bookings. Some items are handmade by us, others sourced from trusted third-party providers.
🧒 Class Policies by Program
🌈 All-Ages Sensory Playgroup (0–6 years)

A parent or caregiver must remain present at all times.

Please bring a spare change of clothes—sensory play can get messy!

Younger or older siblings are welcome but must be included in the booking.

Sessions run in light rain unless otherwise advised. Indoor alternatives may be provided if weather is unsafe.
💪 Mini Movers – Gross Motor Class (2.5–5 years)

Parents must stay for the duration of the class.

Children are encouraged to explore freely within the structured activities.

Small groups (max 10) ensure individual attention and safety.

Please dress your child for active movement and floor play.
✨ Baby Sensory Class (6–12 months)

Combines baby sensory and taste-safe sensory for a gentle, age-appropriate experience.

Parents stay and actively participate.

Please bring your own moisturiser for baby massage.

No food is offered to babies during sessions.
🎨 Kids Craft Club (5–12 years)

Parent/caregiver must stay on site.

Younger siblings (under 5) are welcome—please note this on the booking form.

Bookings available as full-term, half-term, or casual (if space allows).

Refunds only with 3 days’ notice. Make-up classes available if 12+ hours’ notice is given.

Activities include slime, lava lamps, painting, bath bombs, and more.
🎉 Sensory Events & Private Bookings

Casual Play Days: For kids 6 months – 6 years. Holiday and weekend availability.

Private Events: Birthday parties, council bookings, business activations, etc.

Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit due at booking. Minimum two weeks’ notice required.
📦 Product Safety & Info

Playdough, sensory rice, and fizz dust are handmade with food-grade ingredients but are not for consumption.

Recommended for ages 3+ with adult supervision.

Ingredients may include citric acid, bicarbonate soda, food dyes, and coconut oil.
🛡️ Safety & Personal Responsibility

Parents must supervise children at all times.

We are not an allergy-free environment. Contact us in advance for allergy-friendly alternatives.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
📸 Digital Content
Photos/videos may be taken at sessions for marketing. Please notify staff in advance if you don’t want to be photographed.

No refunds if we provide an indoor backup option.
🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings can be made casually (week-to-week) or via a package

Refunds are available if cancelled with 3 business days’ notice.

Make-up sessions may be arranged if we receive at least 12 hours’ notice prior to absence.

No refunds or credits will be offered for no-shows or late cancellations.

Refunds only given if we cancel due to weather or illness and no alternative is available.
